Who Doesn't Love Playing Games?
I am a video game lover and enthusiast in a similar fashion to logos and fonts. I have loved playing video games since I was really young, and still love learning about the early histories of video game genres as well as individual games that influenced other games. Currently, my favorite game is Roblox. I’m currently trying to learn Roblox Studio.
Another game I like playing occasionally is Happy Wheels. It started off as a Flash game, but was replaced by a Javascript version shortly before Adobe Flash Player was discontinued. At one point, Happy Wheels was really popular on YouTube. While it’s not as popular as it once was on YouTube, its popularity still hasn’t completely faded away.
Another game series I have loved ever since I was a young child is the entire Marble Blast lineup. My interest in this series began with me playing the demo for Marble Blast Ultra on the Xbox Live Arcade Compilation Disc on the Xbox 360. I later played Marble Blast Gold on an old Windows XP computer. And I have watched a crazy amount of Marble Blast videos on YouTube. Nowadays, I still enjoy playing Marble Blast via Marble Blast Web.
The main place I go to now to play Flash games is the Flashpoint Database. Flashpoint itself is a project where people try to make Flash games and animations playable after the Adobe Flash Player’s discontinuation. While you can download Flashpoint as a program, I always play games from Flashpoint’s Database with Ruffle, an emulator that can play Flash games.
